How to use

All testing must be done through a physician. Take the mailing materials and all information to your doctor's appointment.

When your physician orders the test you will have your blood drawn using the blood tube provided in the kit. The blood will need to be shipped the same day for next morning delivery.

*Note specimen must be received within 48 hours of being drawn.

Results will be faxed to the ordering physician 4-5 days after receiving the specimen. All results must be obtained through the physician; our laboratory can not give out results except to the physician.

Payment or billing

Patients must pay for testing at the time of specimen submission unless the hospital,
laboratory, or physician office is willing to handle the billing. WVRG is unable to bill insurance companies.

A personal check, money order, or MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are acceptable methods of payment.

Cost of testing is listed on the enclosed "Diagnostic Testing Services" sheet.

*Note the $34.00 mailer cost should be included with payment.
